This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Digitalfusion. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to this policy.

1. Digital Courses & Masterclasses

Due to the digital nature of our courses, masterclasses, and downloadable materials, all sales are final.

Once access has been granted, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

Advance payments are non-refundable.
If cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or technical errors. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
